Registration Fee
The registration fee includes a copy of the CWE2010 program and proceedings along with any addition on-site handouts. A morning light breakfast /refreshment break, buffet lunch, and afternoon refreshment break will be provided during each day. Full registration includes a ticket for the Sunday reception/dinner and Wednesday Banquet.

Note: The American Association for Wind Engineering is arranging a program with the US National Science Foundation that will provide some expense reimbursement for Students attending US educational institutions.
Note: CWE2010 in collaboration with IAWE will provide a financial subsidy for a few full-time international student presenters. Candidates will be required to demonstrate financial need and be supported by an advisor's letter. Candidates must prepare and submit a quality paper by March 10, 2010 that is approved by the committee.
Housing Option

An option for University Residence Hall housing is included in the online registration.
A fine University Residence Hall is open to attendees of CWE2010; all you need to do is check the appropriate box on the Symposium Registration form. Space is being held at the Kenan Residence Hall and is guaranteed if reserved on or before March 15. After March 15 rooms will be available until the room allotment is filled.

Monday, May 24: Evening Picnic and Durham Bulls Baseball Game at Durham Bulls Athletic Park
After the First Day of Technical Sessions it is Time to Party!
Cost $39: Includes transportation from the Carolina Inn, Kenan Residence Hall, Marriott Courtyard, and the Friday Center.
Picnic includes a game ticket, a two-hour buffet featuring fresh grilled hamburgers (and veggie burgers), Sabrett hot dogs, crispy fried chicken, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, and potato salad. The buffet also includes a full selection of Pepsi products, Brisk tea, and lemonade. Beer and other food choice options are available at the ballpark.
The Durham Bulls is probably the best-known minor league baseball team thanks to the 1988 movie Bull Durham. The Durham Bulls Athletic Park stadium seats 10,000. The ballpark has an historic look but with the latest conveniences. The Durham Bulls are the AAA team of the major league Tampa Bay Rays. The players are just one phone call away from moving up to the Major Leagues.
