Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the online abstract submittal Web site by October 17, 2009. The abstract should provide an overview of the presentation in 300-500 words. Selection for program presentations will be based on quality ranking from reviewers. Notifications following completion of the reviews will be sent during early December 2009. Guidance for preparation and submittal of full papers (eight-page limit) for all presentations (both oral platform and posters) selected for the program will be provided with the notification. Full papers for presentations selected for the program must be submitted electronically by March 1, 2010 in order to be reviewed and included in the symposium proceedings provided on a USB flash drive. Presenters must complete payment (fully refundable only if the paper/poster is not accepted) with early registration by March 1, 2010 for the full paper to be processed for inclusion in the symposium proceedings and to remain on the program.
